Here is the before look:	Yak News (2003) E-Newsletter. Design Firm: Art Director: Designer: Programmers: Shore Creative Steven Brown Viviane Katz Steven Brown, Clement Chan The client requested a new design for the e-newsletter emailed to clients. I printed out some newsletters from other firms to help the client communicate what they liked or disliked.   The list of contents at the top right was #1 on the wish list. A challenge for the programmers, but they rose to the occasion!   The client also wanted brighter colours. I used the orange in the Yak logo and the blue used in the client’s advertising.   The programmers had one request: that I begin every image name with “embedEmail” to make it easier to programme the mass emailing. (Example: “embedEmailspacer.gif” for the transparent spacer gif.)
